This fun hue is for women who have gorgeous green or brown eyes and want everyone to know it. You can blend Tempting Teal with Blue Lagoon, Jade Grantite or Irish Moss(50/50) to get fabulous colors for eyeliner. Adding Black Orchid to Tempting Teal will subdue the color a little as well. Just squeeze the tube for a small amount of pigment into the color cup. This rich creamy texture is very concentrated in pigment color, so a little goes a long way. No need to glob the pigment onto the needles. Just wipe the needles with pigment against the side of the color cup. The pigment will cling to the needles for a very easy application of pigment into the skin with your needle tool.
