When you see this color, you will probably think its black - it is not. Blue Lagoon is a sultry midnight blue for those bewitching blue or blue-gray eyes. It heals close to black, but with just a hint of blue to set off the eyes. I like to mix a little bit of Tempting Teal to brighten up this midnight blue color. Just squeeze the tube for a small amount of pigment into the color cup. This rich creamy texture is very concentrated in pigment color, so a little goes a long way. No need to glob the pigment onto the needles. Just wipe the needles with pigment against the side of the color cup. The pigment will cling to the needles for a very easy application of pigment into the skin with your needle tool.
