This is a brown-based eyeliner with some green tones. Great as a medium liner for women with dark brown flecks. This color will heal as a cool brown and really bring out those green eyes. I like to mix a little bit of Tempting Teal to brighten up this brown green color. Just squeeze the tube for a small amount of pigment into the color cup. This rich creamy texture is very concentrated in pigment color, so a little goes a long way. No need to glob the pigment onto the needles. Just wipe the needles with pigment against the side of the color cup. The pigment will cling to the needles for a very easy application of pigment into the skin with your needle tool.
