A lovely brown for light ash brunettes who don't like a lot of red tones. Brown Sugar can also be used for soft eyeliner and for cooling medium/dark eyebrow colors. This rich creamy texture is very concentrated in pigment color, so a little goes a long ways. No need to glob the pigment onto the needles. Just wipe the needles with pigment against the side of the color cup. The pigment will cling to the needles for a very easy application of pigment into the skin with your needle tool.
