This is a light ash blonde used on people with very fair, pink tones in their skin. It heals beautifully on those with very light, ash-blonde hair. Champagne can also be used to lighten and cool SofTap eyebrow colors. This rich creamy texture is very concentrated in pigment color, so a little goes a long ways. No need to glob the pigment onto the needles. Just wipe the needles with pigment against the side of the color cup. The pigment will cling to the needles for a very easy application of pigment into the skin with your needle tool.
