Lightest of the neutral colors, Platinum Blonde has just enough golden warmth to be perfect for blondes with light, almost frosted looking hair. To lighten Platinum Blonde, try adding a hint of Golden Sunrise. To cool it down, add some Champagne or Earl Grey. To cool it a little more, add some Lime-Aid. This rich creamy texture is very concentrated in pigment color, so a little goes a long ways. No need to glob the pigment onto the needles. Just wipe the needles with pigment against the side of the color cup. The pigment will cling to the needles for a very easy application of pigment into the skin with your needle tool.
