This is the lightest brow color in the cool palette. Although this is called Earl Grey, It is not actually gray! Earl Grey heals as a baby blonde color and is perfect for white, salt and pepper, and gray/blonde mixtures. Earl Grey can also be mixed into another brow color to lighten and cool it. Just squeeze the tube for a small amount of pigment into the color cup. This rich creamy texture is very concentrated in pigment color, so a little goes a long way. No need to glob the pigment onto the needles. Just wipe the needles with pigment against the side of the color cup. The pigment will cling to the needles for a very easy application of pigment into the skin with your needle tool.
