A topical anesthetic gel that not only numbs the skin it also controls bleeding during permanent makeup procedure. Minnerva2 is only effective when applied onto "broken" skin (skin that has been "tapped on" and/or "microbladed").
Apply Minnerva2 with a “microbrush" over the permanent makeup area after you wipe away the residue pigment. Can be left on the skin for 15 seconds or 1 minute depending on the amount of bleeding. Wipe Minnerva2 off before you proceed with the permanent makeup procedure.
Contains: 4% Lidocaine and 0.04% Epinephrine (vasoconstrictor -controls bleeding}
